I moved to Florida from Cape Cod,  Massachusetts,  in 1980,  lured by the spectacular  weather and the reasonable real estate prices in Florida.  This was my first experience with real estate investing.  I learned through the years what to buy, where to buy, and how to buy and invest in the lucrative real estate market.  I was raised in a family of real estate investors who taught me well!

  I became a licensed Realtor in 2002, and am presently a member of the Bonita Estero Association of Realtors (BEAR), The Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  In addition, I am a certified teacher in both Florida Massachusetts.    My husband, Frank, is a retired Long Island,  N.Y.,  police detective.  My daughter, Brittany, is a nurse at a local Florida hospital.     

We are a family of animal lovers and respect the love and comfort that these magnificent creatures provide to human beings. Presently, we have several animals in our household, including two Havanese, a Lhasa Apso and a Boxer. I specialize in PET FRIENDLY real estate.
